- 85 gr of brown sugar
- 85 g of icing sugar
- 1 egg
- 100 g of butter or margarine
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 55 gr of chopped walnuts
- 175 gr of wheat flour
- 5 gr yeast
We teach you how to prepare a delicious, light and healthy recipe step by step to turn a moment with your children into something special.
1- Preheat the oven to 190ºC.
2- In a bowl, mix the flour with the yeast and a pinch of salt.
3- Add the margarine and the rest of the ingredients, including the chocolate and beat well with a wooden spoon.
4- Place tablespoons of the mixture on the baking tray, previously lined with baking paper, and flatten them.
5- Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes or until they have some color.
6- Before consuming them, wait for them to cool down.
