Ginger, lemon and honey syrup for immunity and signs of infection
Ginger, lemon and honey syrup can be used prophylactically to strengthen immunity as well as during upper respiratory tract infections to accelerate recovery. A simple combination of three components guarantees comprehensive operation:

How to prepare ginger syrup?
You will need:
- 3 lemons
- 5 cm ginger root
Wash the lemons thoroughly and scald with boiling water. Cut into slices together with the skin. We remove stones. Peel the ginger from the skin and grate it on a fine grater. We prepare the jar, thoroughly wash and scald it.
We put four tablespoons of honey on the bottom, then put five slices of lemon and two tablespoons of ginger. We repeat the action. When we run out of lemon and ginger, we pour everything with honey. We close the jar tightly and put the jar in the fridge for a day or two.
During the disease, lemon ginger syrup and honey are consumed 3 times a day, one tablespoon (adult) or one teaspoon (child) or add to warm (not hot!) Tea. To strengthen immunity, we eat one tablespoon per day (adults) or one teaspoon per day (children).
