Why onion and garlic?
Onion effectively relieves the symptoms of infection. Contains large amounts of vitamin C, A, B, as well as phosphorus, iron, calcium, sulfur and essential oils.
Garlic is it natural antibiotic fights infections, inhibits bacterial growth. It has a very rich composition, contains flavonoid compounds, valuable amino acids, saponins, sugars, mucous compounds, vitamins (from groups B, C and A) and important microelements - cobalt, chromium, nickel.

Onion and garlic syrup: recipe
- 2 medium onions
- a few chopped garlic cloves
Peel and chop the onion into small cubes, chop the garlic. Put in a bowl and fill so as to cover the entire surface with sugar or pour honey. After a few hours, onions and garlic will begin to juice, or syrup.
We store the ready syrup in the fridge for 1-2 days.

Some experts recommend that onion syrup with garlic should be served only from second year of life. Many parents, however, have a different opinion and give this home remedy much faster, initially in small amounts, observing the child's reactions. If the toddler does not reveal signs of abdominal pain or other symptoms of poor tolerance, the drug in many homes becomes effective and irreplaceable at the first signs of infection.
